WE ARE THRILLED TO OPEN OUR DOORS AND SHARE OUR BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED, VERSATILE SPACES WITH OUR COMMUNITY. AVAILABLE ACROSS ALL THREE VDC LOCATIONS, OUR STUDIOS ARE PERFECT FOR A WIDE RANGE OF RENTALS—FROM DANCE TRAINING AND REHEARSALS TO SOCIAL GATHERINGS, CELEBRATIONS, AND MORE.
OUR SPACES ARE CLEAN, WELL-MAINTAINED, AND THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED TO SUPPORT BOTH MOVEMENT AND MEANINGFUL MOMENTS. WHETHER YOU’RE HOSTING A CLASS, CREATING, OR CELEBRATING, VIVA OFFERS A PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT TO BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE.
VIVA’s spaces are designed to support safety and excellence in training. Studios feature marley over floating-subfloor systems, providing shock absorption that protects growing bodies and safeguards technical development.
Additional amenities include high-quality sound systems,
to-the-floor mirrors, acoustic paneling, large-screen TVs for performance review, free-standing and wall-mounted barres, workout equipment, and a dedicated party room for celebrations and events. Every detail has been curated to create a professional and inspiring environment for dancers to thrive.

STUDIO RENTALS
Take your training to the next level in our professional studio spaces, ideal for dance team rehearsals, private lessons, filming sessions, workshops, and more. We offer a variety of studios, each equipped with sound systems, marley flooring, and mirrors, with our largest spaces accommodating full stage-size run-throughs.
Rentals are simple and flexible, with hourly rates based on studio size and group type (individual, small group of 2-9, or large group of 10+). A signed rental agreement and a security deposit—equal to two hours of rental time—are required at the time of booking to reserve your space.

EVENT RENTALS
Viva is more than a space for dance—it’s a welcoming setting for showers, birthday parties, celebrations, and gatherings of all kinds. Our bright, beautifully maintained studios offer a unique and versatile backdrop for both special events and creative uses. Enjoy access to convenient amenities including a fridge, microwave, restrooms, and more, making it easy to host with comfort and ease.
Rentals are available for half-day or full-day use, providing flexibility to fit your plans. A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
